In PiNoon, robots are fitted with balloon carriers and spikes. These are attached using an electrical connector block which must be mounted to the front of the robot. Robots are placed in an arena, in pairs. The object of the game is to pop your opponent’s balloons before they get yours.
Firefly has several sensors on it’s front, and we were concerned about their safety during this game. So Nathan designed a front bumper. He decided to make it a bit “Mad Max”. He took inspiration from this image…
